{"id":1589,"date":"2025-08-04T07:17:30","date_gmt":"2025-08-04T06:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/habitatge.olot.cat\/?page_id=1589"},"modified":"2026-09-04T09:04:03","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T08:04:03","slug":"allotjament-estudiants","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/habitatge.olot.cat\/index.php\/allotjament-estudiants\/","title":{"rendered":"ALLOTJAMENT  ESTUDIANTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Olot ofereix allotjament de lloguer per a estudiants dels centres educatius de la ciutat- Curs Acad\u00e8mic 2026-2027<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Olot ofereix 3 habitatges i 4 habitacions amb espais comuns compartits perqu\u00e8 puguin fer-ne \u00fas els estudiants majors de 18 anys que cursin una formaci\u00f3 a la ciutat en el curs 2026-2027<br \/>\nEs tracta <strong>\u00a0habitatges totalment equipats<\/strong>,\u00a0 els contractes s\u00f3n de 11 mesos, cobrint aix\u00ed tot el curs acad\u00e8mic 2026-2027. Pel que fa a les seves caracter\u00edstiques, van des dels 39,97 metres quadrats fins als 81,58 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019elecci\u00f3 dels llogaters es far\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>sorteig p\u00fablic<\/strong> i, alhora, es crear\u00e0 una llista d\u2019espera que tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ordenar\u00e0 per sorteig. Per poder participar en aquest proc\u00e9s i fer la sol\u00b7licitud cal complir els seg\u00fcents requisits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Ser major de 18 anys i menor de 25 anys<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Estar matriculat en el curs acad\u00e8mic 2026-2027 a qualsevol dels centres educatius del municipi\u00a0i que cursin estudis presencials de cicles formatius de graus mitj\u00e0 o superior o grau universitari en el municipi d\u2019Olot.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Disposar d\u2019ingressos m\u00ednims<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sol\u00b7licitud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tothom que hi estigui interessat pot presentar la seva sol\u00b7licitud de<a href=\"https:\/\/valid.aoc.cat\/o\/oauth2\/auth?scope=autenticacio_usuari&amp;state=1261432738&amp;redirect_uri=https:\/\/tramits.olot.cat\/OAC\/hSrvValIDLogin&amp;response_type=code&amp;client_id=tramits.olot.cat&amp;access_type=online&amp;approval_prompt=auto&amp;login_hint=ignored\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> forma telem\u00e0tica<\/a> mitjan\u00e7ant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olot.cat\/pl221\/tramits\/cataleg-de-tramits\/id10243\/instancia-general.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inst\u00e0ncia gen\u00e8rica<\/a> de l\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Olot juntament amb <em><a href=\"http:\/\/habitatge.olot.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/SOLICITUD-adjudicacio-habitatge-estudiants-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sol\u00b7licitud degudament formalitzada<\/a> i <strong>firmada mitjan\u00e7ant certificat digital<\/strong><\/em> (sol\u00b7licitant i avaladors, en el seu cas) i documentaci\u00f3 requerida o presencialment a l\u2019Oficina Local d\u2019Habitatge d\u2019Olot, ubicada al Passeig Ramon Guillamet, 2 que compta amb un horari d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al p\u00fablic de 8 a 15 h de dilluns a divendres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calendari proc\u00e9s adjudicaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Presentaci\u00f3 sol\u00b7licituds oberta fins el 21 d&#8217;agost de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Publicaci\u00f3 Llistat admesos \/ exclosos : dia 24\/08\/2026\u00a0 (Veure llistat des <a href=\"https:\/\/tauler.seu-e.cat\/detall?idEns=1711430008&amp;idEdicte=644769\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d&#8217;aquest enlla\u00e7<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Sorteig : dia 04\/09\/2026 a les 9:00h <strong>(horari actualitzat<\/strong>) al Sal\u00f3 de Plens de l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Olot\u00b7<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-h4 css-1a0vjt6\">\u00b7 <a href=\"https:\/\/tauler.seu-e.cat\/detall?idEns=1711430008&amp;idEdicte=645965\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Llista de persones adjudicat\u00e0ries d\u2019habitatge o habitaci\u00f3<\/a> que els ha correspost d\u2019acord amb el resultat del sorteig realitzat en data 04\/09\/26:<\/p>\n<p>IMPORTANT: Les persones que finalment han esdevingut adjudicat\u00e0ries segons llistat <strong>es convoquen pel proper 10 de setembre a les 09.00 hores<\/strong> a l\u2019Oficina Local d\u2019Habitatge (Pg. Bisbe Guillamet, 2, baixos d&#8217;Olot) <strong>per tal de formalitzar<\/strong> el corresponent<strong> contracte d\u2019allotjament temporal de l\u2019habitaci\u00f3\/habitatge<\/strong> per un termini m\u00e0xim de 10 mesos.
