Pel que fa a les seves caracter\u00edstiques, van des dels 39,97 metres quadrats fins als 81,58 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019elecci\u00f3 dels llogaters es far\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>sorteig p\u00fablic<\/strong> i, alhora, es crear\u00e0 una llista d\u2019espera que tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ordenar\u00e0 per sorteig. Per poder participar en aquest proc\u00e9s i fer la sol\u00b7licitud cal complir els seg\u00fcents requisits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Ser major de 18 anys i menor de 25 anys<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Estar matriculat en el curs acad\u00e8mic 2026-2027 a qualsevol dels centres educatius del municipi&nbsp;i que cursin estudis presencials de cicles formatius de graus mitj\u00e0 o superior o grau universitari en el municipi d\u2019Olot.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Disposar d\u2019ingressos m\u00ednims<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sol\u00b7licitud PENDENT DE DATES obertura convocat\u00f2ria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un cop aprovades les normes d\u2019adjudicaci\u00f3 definitives, tothom que hi estigui interessat pot presentar la seva sol\u00b7licitud de forma telem\u00e0tica mitjan\u00e7ant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olot.cat\/pl221\/tramits\/cataleg-de-tramits\/id10243\/instancia-general.htm\">inst\u00e0ncia gen\u00e8rica<\/a> de l\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Olot juntament amb <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sol\u00b7licitud degudament formalitzada mitjan\u00e7ant certificat digital<\/span><\/em> (sol\u00b7licitant i avaladors, en el seu cas) i documentaci\u00f3 requerida o presencialment a l\u2019Oficina Local d\u2019Habitatge d\u2019Olot, ubicada al Passeig Ramon Guillamet, 2 que compta amb un horari d\u2019atenci\u00f3 al p\u00fablic de 8 a 15 h de dilluns a divendres.<\/p>\n<p>Per a m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 i detall del tr\u00e0mit, gesti\u00f3 o altres caracter\u00edstiques es pot contactar amb l\u2019Oficina Local d&#8217;Habitatge d\u2019Olot al 972 27 91 28 i a trav\u00e9s del correu electr\u00f2nic <a href=\"mailto:habitatge@olot.cat\">habitatge@olot.cat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Al setembre es publicar\u00e0 llista d\u2019admesos i exclosos i, posteriorment, es determinaran els nous inquilins i inquilines a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un sorteig p\u00fablic que es dur\u00e0 a terme al Sal\u00f3 de Plens de l\u2019Ajuntament d\u2019Olot.
