ANY 2026<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>El termini de presentaci\u00f3 comen\u00e7a el 31 de mar\u00e7 de 2026 a les 09:00h i finalitza el 30 d&#8217;abril de 2026 a les 14:00h<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Persones destinat\u00e0ries<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Persones f\u00edsiques que a data 31 de gener de 2026 tinguin 65 anys o m\u00e9s i compleixin els requisits establerts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La quantia de la subvenci\u00f3 \u00e9s:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objecte de subvenci\u00f3 \u00e9s l\u2019import de lloguer, cessi\u00f3 o renda, \u00fanica i exclusivament de l\u2019habitatge; imports corresponent a l\u2019impost de b\u00e9ns immobles i taxa d\u2019escombraries repercutits mensualment en el rebut.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ajut pot ser d\u2019entre 600,00\u20ac i 2.400,00 \u20ac anuals<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Els principals requisits s\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acreditar resid\u00e8ncia legal a Catalunya.<\/li>\n<li>Disposar d\u2019una font regular d\u2019ingressos.<\/li>\n<li>Els ingressos de la unitat de conviv\u00e8ncia han de ser iguals o inferiors a 2,778442 vegades IRSC (200\u20ac).<\/li>\n<li>Ser titular del contracte de lloguer de l\u2019habitatge o habitaci\u00f3, o, en qualitat de cessionari, del contracte de cessi\u00f3 d\u2019\u00fas de l\u2019habitatge o habitaci\u00f3 que constitueixi el domicili habitual<\/li>\n<li>Estar empadronat a l\u2019habitatge pel qual es demana subvenci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Acreditar el pagament de la fian\u00e7a a l\u2019arrendador (en els contractes de lloguer).<\/li>\n<li>No pagar un lloguer mensual superior a 750,00\u20ac (habitatge) 400 \u20ac\/mes (habitaci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<li>Estar al corrent de pagament de les rendes de lloguer en el moment de la presentaci\u00f3 de la sol\u00b7licitud.<\/li>\n<li>Pagar el lloguer per transfer\u00e8ncia banc\u00e0ria, rebut domiciliat, bizum, ingr\u00e9s en compte o rebut em\u00e8s per l\u2019administrador de la finca (no s\u2019accepta pagament en met\u00e0l\u00b7lic).<\/li>\n<li>Complir les obligacions tribut\u00e0ries davant, l\u2019Estat, Generalitat i Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La documentaci\u00f3 haur\u00e0 de ser la seg\u00fcent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/habitatge.olot.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2026-RE-1259v3_Sol_Subvencio_Lloguer_2025_65_mes_anys.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sol\u00b7licitud<\/a> omplerta (nom\u00e9s tr\u00e0mit presencial).<\/li>\n<li>DNI\/NIF\/NIE vigent de tota la unitat de conviv\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<li>Certificat de conviv\u00e8ncia (nom\u00e9s si resideix fora d\u2019Olot).<\/li>\n<li>Llibre de fam\u00edlia, si escau.<\/li>\n<li>Contracte de lloguer o cessi\u00f3 d\u2019\u00fas o habitaci\u00f3 i acreditaci\u00f3 pagament de la Fian\u00e7a, en el seu cas<\/li>\n<li>Rebuts de lloguer 2026 pagats fins la data de la presentaci\u00f3 de la sol\u00b7licitud<\/li>\n<li>Altre documentaci\u00f3: conveni o sent\u00e8ncia de separaci\u00f3 o divorci, certificat discapacitat, t\u00edtol fam\u00edlia nombrosa, t\u00edtol fam\u00edlia monoparental, condici\u00f3 de v\u00edctima.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/habitatge.olot.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2026-RE_704_sol_trans_banc-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Full de transfer\u00e8ncia banc\u00e0ria<\/a> o certificat de titularitat banc\u00e0ria del compte on es vol cobrar la subvenci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Ingressos any 2024 (nom\u00e9s cal que acreditin ingressos les treballadores de la llar i beneficiaris de rendes garantides i pensions no contributives)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciahabitatge.gencat.cat\/ca\/temes\/altres\/preguntes-frequents\/preguntes-frequents-ajut-pagament-lloguer-o-habitacio-o-cessio-us-habitatge-persones-grans\">Preguntes freq\u00fcents<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La presentaci\u00f3 de la sol\u00b7licitud haur\u00e0 de ser<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> preferentment telem\u00e0tica<\/span> en el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tramits.gencat.cat\/ca\/tramits\/tramits-temes\/20246_Subvencions-per-al-pagament-del-lloguer?category=74aba454-a82c-11e3-a972-000c29052e2c&amp;moda=3\">Subvencions per al pagament de lloguer o cessi\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00fas.
